Happy 1st Birthday!

Eating his Birthday Donuts for breakfast. He only ate a couple pieces and preferred his oatmeal and fruit!

We did lots of swinging in the backyard for his birthday. Braxton really likes being outside and swinging.

I did an airplane theme

Braxton's buddy Beau! Beau's mom and I are good friends so these two are stuck being friends :) They are about 3 months apart. Both these little guys are growing so big!

It was hard to keep Braxton sitting...wanted to get up and walk and Beau was a sport and being very patient as we tried getting a picture of the 2 of them.

With Great Grandpa Kofoed. These two have a good little relationship going. Braxton reaches out to Grandpa and loves being held by him.

Lighting the candle...Grandpa had to hold his hands back from him grabbing the candle.

While we were singing to him

First pinch of the frosting. He didn't want to get his hands all covered in frosting, so he took just little pinches of it. At first Braxton didn't want to taste the cake, but I put a little in his mouth and he liked the taste and ate some of his cake!

He LOVED playing with the balloons that were hooked on the highchair. He pulled them and shook them and just was smiling and laughing. Best sounds ever!

After a fun day of playing...he crashed and slept all night.

This little guy turned 1! Braxton is such a fun kid. He lights up the room, always there with a kiss, smile and hug. We are blessed to have him in our family.
