Family Reunion

Yesterday was a family reunion with Jarel's side of the family. Jarel was at a golf tournament, so the kids and I met up with Grandma Hathaway and headed to Great Grandma's house. Grandma Barrow's has a giant tree in her yard and the kids loved it. They loved swinging on the vine, and climbing up the ladder so they could sit in the tree. We ate dinner, did some water games and visited.

Second Soccer Game

Kali had her second soccer game and did quite well in it. She got tired from all the running, but stayed out on the field and played. She did ask once if she could come out and get a drink...but she was ready to get back in and play. It was funny watching her on the field as she really likes to watch people and watch the others kick the ball, but if you tell her to go after the ball, she will start running. She did like the kicking the ball part at the start of the game or if the ball went out of bounds.

Sleepy Time

It was very quite this morning...I didn't hear Hailey at all. So I went looking for her, thinking she was in my room getting into stuff. I looked in her bedroom, couldn't find her. Then I looked in Tyler's room, my room, downstairs and nowhere to be found. I kind of panicked for a minute and went into her room again. I looked behind the door and there she was asleep in her closet! Must have been extremely tired. So tired that she even took a 2 hour nap in the afternoon that same day!

Ice Blocking

Kali loved going on her belly.

Falling off the ice at the bottom of the hill.

Kali lost her ice block!

Favorite station...the treats and water!

Love riding on Grandpa's lap.

Racing Grandma down the hill.

Grandpa had Braxton laughing...so very cute!

Waiting in line...on the path...to go down the hill.

For FHE, we went ice blocking at our neighborhood park. So much fun. Once we made a path down the hill, we started going faster. The kids love this activity.
