The kids love going to the zoo. Yesterday, the kids and I ventured up there and had a great time. The animals were very active. Thank goodness we have a annual pass and don't have to feel like we have to cover the whole zoo in one day. It is so fun just to take your time and enjoy it. The kids were so good for me. The highlights of the zoo today were: the merry-go-round, the bears that were playing with eachother and actually swimming, the zebras, the monkeys and apes, the rhino show were we got to meet "Princess" and "George", the bird show (we always sit up at the top right by the perch, so the birds fly right over our heads) and the new Madagascar exhibit. An enjoyable 3 hours spent with eachother!
