This year we couldn't go camping our usual 3 days because of schedules...but that was okay because I really didn't want to sleep in a tent with a newborn again. But we were able to go up for the whole day and spend the time in the mountains. We love it up in the mountains. My kids were thrilled to go up. They love getting dirty, looking for deer beds, throwing rocks in the river and cooking their food over a fire. Jarel was even able to get the day off and come up and join us. It was such a nice day away from the city and normal routine!
