Preschool

1st day of a new year of Preschool!

Still obsessed with her Minnie Mouse!

Brothers getting on in the picture taking department

Running to her bus on her second day of school! So far she is loving her new bus driver and new school!

Going to get on the bus. It is so nice to have the bus come and get her. So far she is the only one on her bus and when you ask Hailey who rides with her she will exclaim "Just me mom…no one else!" So happy she is liking her new school. They had to change her school due to a boundary change. She is on a traditional schedule this year.

I pad and Rats!

This little guy is addicted to the I pad! He can not get enough of it. Right now he loves watching Daniel Tiger's neighborhood on it. I do try and limit the use of it during the day. And when it is time to put it away, he will throw a tantrum. One day I told him it was time to put it away and he falls to the floor, crying and yelling "I want dad's I pad…I want dad's I pad" at this point I knew we had to limit his use and go on a little detox!

So we went to Petco to look at the animals! Hailey and Braxton love going here and seeing them! Fun little outing for us.

Over Labor Day weekend, we went camping with Jarel's side of the family up in the Uintahs by Mirror Lake. It was beautiful up there. We had so much fun. The first night (while sleeping in a tent) it rained and was so windy, part of our tent fell down, and you could just hear the wind coming up the canyon and then shake our tent like crazy. We could also hear coyotes in the distance. It sure was a interesting night, but so fun. Probably crazy to say, but I loved it. It was fun lying there listening to the wind and rain and howling. It was cold up there and we kept a fire going all day, but it wasn't bad. We could defiantly leave the fire, but it felt good by it. Everyone in Jarel's family was able to come up at some point during the weekend and it was fun for the kids to have their cousins up there. We ate yummy dutch oven foods, roasted lots of marshmallows and enjoyed it up there. Lots of trips to the water to go panning for gold and to throw rocks in the water. Glad we could go up there and camp!
