Makena's spring soccer is coming to a close. She only has 2 games left and has really enjoyed soccer this year. I asked if she wanted to play again in the fall and her response, "yes mom, I love soccer!"
She gets in there and kicks the ball and just has a great time. At today's game, they put her in as goalie and within 2 minutes she turned just as the ball was coming fast and it hit her right in the face. I felt so bad. Needless to say, she was done playing for the day. But as goalie position for those 2 minutes, she didn't let a ball past her!!!
I love watching her play and going to the games.
Kali will also be playing in the fall. She is very excited to start playing.
