Eating breakfast donuts. We celebrated her birthday on Saturday (the day after her birthday) because Friday was crazy. She woke up and the house was decorated and she got donuts for breakfast!

She loves this car...she got from Grandpa and Grandma Hathaway and us. Rides in it all the time.

We had a little birthday party for Hailey. We roasted hotdogs and smore's. Had food, treats, played with cousins and friends, had cake, opened presents and just did things that Hailey likes to do. It was a fun evening.

Hailey is a sweet girl. She likes yogurt, reading books, coloring, climbing, playing outside, riding bikes, playing with friends, LOVES Dad and Grandpa's...she loves giving them hugs and kisses. She knows how to melt their hearts. She loves all treats, making messes, she goes and goes from one thing to the next. She keeps Mom on her toes all day. She is a good napper and does pretty good at night for sleep. She loves her blanket to sleep with and still likes her pacifier for sleep time. She loves playing in the dirt, finding rocks, looking at the dog behind our house and loves finding any animal she can. She loves drinking milk and sitting in a "big" chair for meal times. Hailey brings a lot of spunk into our lives!

Side note: Hailey has started speech to get her talking! She knows how to say between 3-5 words and doesn't speak them on a regular basis. The speech program came out to evaluate her and she is below 1% on her expressive speech, but normal for all over development. We need to get this girl talking. The therapist will come to our home 2 times a month and work with Hailey. Our goal is to have her talking 15 words in the next 6 months, and also be able to do animal sounds. Hailey is a smart little girl and knows what she wants, and understands everything...but just can't get those words to come out of her mouth. With a little help and encouragement, I bet she will be able to talk up a storm!!
