Yesterday, Tyler had to go back to the dentist to get a cavity fixed. He did so good and was very brave. It was a very quick procedure (about 15 minutes) and Tyler just laid there and watched "Reck it Ralph". Afterwards, he got to pick out 2 prizes from the treasure chest. He also got to ride on the merry-go-round!
In the afternoon I took the kids to the Herriman rec center for some swimming. It was a cold and raining day outside so we did some indoor swimming yesterday. I am nervous with my kids around water, but yesterday was great! Swimming lessons have paid off for the girls. They were comfortable in the water and could go all over the place and they knew how to swim! So I really just needed to keep my eyes on 3 little ones. We had such a great time. I didn't get a picture of Kali because she must have gone on the waterside 95% of the time we were there. She loved it. We got a nice surprise when Jarel showed up and got to swim with us. We ended up staying over 3 hours because they were having so much fun. Braxton and Hailey's lips were purple by the end because they were cold, but once in the warm shower they pinked right up.
So blessed we can do these things as a family. And that Jarel and I both have jobs that we can support our kids. A fun afternoon by all.
