Wheeler Farm

Makena has been off track for 2 weeks now and we have been trying to do fun things while she is off and before baby sister comes. So today we went to Wheeler Farm with Grandma Boyack and Grandpa Boyack surprised us and came for his lunch hour. It was a hot day there, but we had a great time. We took a wagon ride, fed the ducks, ate lunch, Grandpa bought treats for the kids, we saw all the animals and even saw a brand new baby cow, we played on a big tree and in a tree house. The farm wasn't crowded at all, so we had the farm to ourselves, pretty much.

She has 1 more week off, so we have lots of playing to do and lots of things to get done!

This baby cow was just born about 4 hours before we got there. Makena was impressed that he was already walking on the day he was born.

His name is Triton

This little goat was Makena's favorite animal there.

Makena was taking some pictures and this is one she captured of a goat.

Tyler with the goat...Makena had a hard time getting both in the shoot.

Kali and Tyler in the tree house.

Kali and Tyler on the big tree.

Tyler feeding the ducks. This was so much easier for him to sit on the ground and feed them, rather than stand up and throw it over the fence.

Tyler chasing the ducks with the food.

Tyler enjoyed feeding the ducks until this duck got a bit too close for Tyler's comfort.
