Headbands

I love making things for the girls hair. I came across a website that showed how to make woven headbands and I thought I would give it a try. I love making them. They are so easy and so cute. It is the same weaving pattern, but you can have 1-4 colors and depending on where you place them at the start...it will give you different looks. I made the multi-colored one for a shirt of Makena's and made the black/red one for the Utah/BYU game. The sad part...Makena already lost the Utah one at school today. I am so hoping a kid turned it into the lost and found (she lost it within 5 minutes of getting to school. I looked all over the play ground and couldn't find it) I will wait and see if she brings it home from school before making another one. Makena was so excited to wear it today to show her teacher. Anyway, the headbands are super fun and I am glad I ordered enough to make 8 headbands. I am going to have to spread out the fun over time...I would probably do them all this week because they are fun to make.
